The TSCM Referral Service welcomes feedback and critiques of the work performed by technicians referred from this site. Please let us know if you were pleased with their work, if they were professional and courteous, if they were punctual, and if they completed the work in a timely fashion.

Complaints:

If you have a complaint against a certified technician listed on this site you may fill out a complaint form and submit it online to the referral service where it will be processed within 60 days.

If you have a complaint against a person who is not certified by the referral service and listed on this site we will not be able to assist you with that complaint. You may file a complaint against an uncertified person on line at the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Bureau at DPS-PSB or the Texas Attorney General’s Office at Consumer Protection.

You may also file complaints against technicians listed on this site with those agencies if you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by the TSCM Referral Service.
